2021-2022 All City Membership Registration

  • Welcome to the All City Honor Marching Band registration page. All students interested in participating with the group this year must complete the following official Application and Transportation Forms
  • There are two forms.
  • All participants must complete both an application and transportation form in order to be considered for membership.
  • All forms must be completely filled out.
  • All signatures (Student, Parent, Teacher, and Administrator) are required. Forms missing any signatures will not be accepted.
  • Forms can be turned in on rehearsal days to a specified staff member.
  • All forms are due on or before November 4, 2017.
  • Any forms turned in after the due date will not be accepted.
